Product Introduction
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Produced by OlympusUltrasonic probeIt can be used for various applications, such as defect detection, thickness measurement, material research, and medical diagnosis. We have developed over 4000 types of probes, including not only those listed in the standard product catalog, but also specially designed probes. For many years, we have been at the forefront of developing ultrasound technology, not only developing various innovative products, but also solving many difficult problems in applications.
Contact probe
Contact probe is a single crystal longitudinal wave probe used for direct contact detection of the surface of the measured workpiece.
Dual crystal probe
The twin probe contains two chips in the same housing, with a sound barrier separating the two chips.
Replaceable delay line probe
The replaceable delay line probe is a monocrystalline Videoscan probe, whose casing can be connected to a replaceable delay line.
Angle beam probe
The angle beam probe is a single crystal probe that, when used with a wedge block, can propagate refracted transverse or longitudinal waves into the measured workpiece.
Spot welding probe
The purpose of designing spot welding probes is to provide optimal performance for non-destructive testing of various types of spot welding, including those used in the automotive industry and industrial applications.
AWS probes and wedges
AWS probes and wedges comply with the special requirements of the American Welding Society's structural welding code for angle beam assemblies used in weld inspection.
CDS wedge block
CDS wedges can generate 30 degree transverse waves and 70 degree longitudinal waves in steel materials, allowing for quantitative analysis of cracks connected to the inner wall using the 30-70-70 technique.
Normal incidence transverse wave probe
These single crystal contact probes can directly transmit transverse waves into the measured workpiece without the need for refraction.
Standard angle sound beam probe
The standard angle beam probe is equipped with a large-sized chip, which can detect thicker workpieces and provide a larger scanning step distance. These probes, when used together with wedges, can propagate refracted transverse or longitudinal waves into the measured workpiece.
Integrated angle sound beam probe
The integrated angle beam probe provides excellent signal-to-noise ratio characteristics and is equipped with a durable plastic wear-resistant sleeve. Some types of probes have both right angled Microdot connectors and straight Microdot connectors.
Protective surface probe
The protective surface probe is a single crystal longitudinal wave contact probe that can be used with delay lines, protective films, or wear-resistant protective covers.
Water immersion probe
The immersion probe is a single crystal longitudinal wave probe equipped with a quarter wavelength layer that matches the acoustic properties of water.
TOFD probe and wedge block
TOFD probes and wedges can generate refracted longitudinal waves in steel, which can be used for quantitative analysis of cracks through diffraction time difference technology.
High frequency probe
A high-frequency probe is a single crystal contact or water immersion probe that can generate frequencies of 20 MHz or higher.
Atlas European standard probe
Atlas European standard probes have LEMO interface, metric unit chip diameter, and universal frequencies such as 1, 2, and 4 MHz. The design of these probes complies with the testing standards available in Europe and other parts of the world.
EMAT probe
These EMAT single crystal probes use magnetostrictive effect to send and receive ultrasonic waves.
RTD probe
RTD probes are commonly used equipment in the nuclear industry to detect critical weld areas on pipelines and pressure vessels.
Test block
Calibration and/or reference test blocks should be used in every application. We have standard test blocks for angle beam calibration and thickness calibration of ordinary materials.
Water immersed special probe
Water immersed special probes refer to various probes that can be used for various special applications such as measuring wall thickness, detecting aluminum coatings, or detecting defects in multi chip arrays.
Immersion probe accessories
The water immersion probe attachment helps with water immersion applications and utilizes water immersion detection technology. These accessories include aerators, immersion tanks, launch mirrors, and search tubes.
Probe cable
Probe cables come in various types, lengths, and interfaces including BNC, Lemo, UHF, and Microdot.
Coupling agent and adapter
It is almost always necessary to use coupling agents for acoustic coupling between the probe and the surface of the workpiece being tested. We offer a variety of coupling agents suitable for almost all applications.
